What DonnaJoao doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Employees were very friendly at register and where you pick up your order. Chocolate croissant was dry and to sweet. My froze chocolate cold brew was very watery. Not that great View all feedback.
My food was exactly as expected but the 5 stars are for the employee who helped me this evening. I didn't catch their name but they had purple dyed hair. The restaurant was busy, they appeared short staffed, and they told me the computer system was down. They seemed very stressed but still helped me solve a problem I was having with my online order. They were friendly, professional, and my food was good. They had every reason to brush me off, the issue I was having was caused by me misreading something and I was 10 minutes late to pick up my food, but they still helped me out in a very kind way.
Was delicious. I had trouble with my gift cards on the in-store kiosk and the manager was very nice and helpful.
I had pic two. Steak sandwich and French onion soup. Awesome as always. But 11 bucks a bit over priced. So o go once in a blue moon
Ordered my pumpkin bagel and cup of tea then realized I left my wallet at home. Panera employee Rick offered to pay for it! What a guy! Thanks
Love the clean healthy food and the staff is great!
