My Favorite Muffin - Warwick

Bagels are flat, cream cheese flavors aren’t good, the manager/owner (not sure, but she’s always there) is rude and so is her employee who’s often there. Parking sucks as does the attitude of everyone who works there. After my last experience where I was scolded for an employees mistake by the manager because I wasn’t specific enough in my order, I will never, ever return. At an average spend of $10 a day times 5 days a week times 52 weeks, that’s a lot of money spent in one establishment just to be scolded like a child. They are rude beyond belief. Spend your money at an establishment that appreciates their customer.

10/10. This place was phenomenal. Fun atmosphere and the person behind the counter was fun, energetic and hard working. She was hilarious! My husband and I each had different bagel sandwiches and he said man I don 't want this sandwich to end . We also ordered a dozen mini muffins, and all flavors were phenomenal. Latte also top notch.

The customer service 12/10, wow they are super friendly. So I got the meal for $10.95 it comes with a drink your sandwich and 3 mini muffins or chips and I ordered the Mediterranean Veg-out ona honey wheat bagel with scallion cream cheese wow wow wow delicious! And 3 mini muffins they were cookies and cream cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake and banana chocolate chip milkshake, and they were super delicious and moist! My favorite was the cookies and cream cheesecake. They also have dog treats/bones my sister grabbed one for her dog she loves to get one when she goes. Definitely highly recommend going, wonderful atmosphere, and super friendly.

BEWARE! I went in to purchase a $10 giftcard and they tried to charge me a hidden 16% fee!! Rang up for $11.60 on credit card machine. When I asked why they said it was “Credit Card fees.” When I said something the cashier quickly changed the price and the credit card machine then read $10.80. She said “all set I fixed it.” I said to her that no it should just be $10. A woman in the back (short hair with accent) starting yelling saying “ that’s the way it is every business charges you fees now, it’s like that everywhere”. I let her know I had been buying holiday gift cards all day and that’s not the case. She continued to say nope every business charges you a fee. Again, not even remotely accurate.This place is taking their credit card processing fees and applying them back to the customer. There are no signs about fees etc. they are scamming their customers. Originally trying to charge a 16% fee on a giftcard? Do you think that is ethical? I left and as I left the woman continued yelling as I left. One of the most unprofessional interactions i have encountered. Also their hours are wrong on Google. Long story short skip this place!

The first time I visited this cafe, their sign out front said My Favorite Muffin Try Our Muffin because they hadn 't yet updated it with a new suggestion of what flavor muffin to try. I imagine it should have said something like My Favorite Muffin Try Our Peach Muffin or something of that nature. I laughed for three days and I can 't call the store anything other than My Favorite Muffin Try Our Muffin. Don 't get me wrong, the muffins are great and they have like 8 million different flavors. Their bagels are huge and they also have salads. But if we 're being 100% honest, sometimes I go out of my way to just to drive by that sign and have a good laugh.
