Johnny Rockets is always a favorite of me. I like they have one at the Warwick Mall Food Court as a choice where to eat. I have her tuna melt, very good. Large part of tuna on sourdough bread. I had her note with cheese and bacon. Plus free refills on your drink. Very good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Johnny Rockets:
They won't be in the mall for long. This is the second time I tried to have lunch there. I sit at the counter, 3 people working and not one of them come over to counter. Sit there 5 minutes and still no one waits on me. Guy at grill with his back to the counter. Young girl working there doing dance moves way in back and other girl making a shake. I always get wonderful service and the burgers are great, no matter what type you get (bef, turkey or beyond).
I bought a Vanilla Shake bacon Burger with Fritten. The burger was absolutely disgusting the bacon was old. I felt like I threw up immediately. The Shake was ok
I dont even want to give any star to this place. Just because my kid loves to get fries then I had to go to this one as Burger King was closed down. This is my 3rd times came here n still got the bad service. No greeting, no smile, no anything! Today I was so mad as 1 waitress saw me came with my kids n we came right to the register for to go order. N that waitress who saw me just ignored me n went to the back. I looked n waited n none of them showed up. So I started to yell n asked who's gonna take my order? Then finally they showed up..with no smile still! I said this is my 3rd times got this bad service from this place! Shame on you! Better train your workers good before open this business!!
We order chicken club burgers , grill chicken sandwich and a drink . They gave us drink after we were ready to leave, the cashier had very bad attitude, and we told them we don?t want beef or pork but the sandwich came with bacon. When we ask the cashier to remove the bacon she was showing a big attitude. They should know and learn what the customer service really means...????????
