I've been coming to Grainsley's for almost a year and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious, the service is always over the top and is a very nice place to spend some time enjoying drinks and good food either alone or with friends. Today I tried the lasagna and I have to say it's the best lasagna I've tried, every bite was full of flavor. It was so good I couldn't stop eating ?.

This is a homey, family friendly restaurant and bar with the interior bisectied into an open dining area with half couches and chairs around the tables and a bar with scattered seating and a few tables as well. There are two curved tvs above the bar and I imagine this place may have a decent following on NFL Sundays. The bar offered a variety of cocktails, but their beer and wine offerings were a little smaller.I went for their pizza food fights special, which includes a free small pizza with up to 3 toppings. That's one of the best offerings in the entire selection of participating restaurants. In addition to the pizza, I ordered a plate of wings because this place won this year's food fights challenge for wings. Their top two flavors were garlic Parmesan and buffalo, so I got a half order of each. The buffalo was average, but the garlic Parmesan had a wonderful rich sauce and great flavor. The pizza I ordered was a small with ricotta, meatball and ham. It was nicely cooked and the toppings were fresh. The service was quick and attentive. When I went the place wasn't very busy, I'd be curious to see how they do under a big crush of people. This place is fine, the offer standard bar fare and food. The service is decent and the atmosphere is nice. My only complaint is that it's a 25 minute drive from PVD and there are many closer options that offer the same thing.

Another review from the RI Food Fights Lord of the Pies pizza passports. Grainsley 's Kitchen and Drinks in Warwick has a really great, comfortable, friendly atmosphere. Service was really great. We were here for the pizza, and they generously provided a whole pie with the passport. You could even get toppings. As far as the pizza goes, it 's a standard Bar Pie, a style typically served in the Cape Cod area. Thin, crispy, sauce and cheese go to the edges, no crust. The crust below is different than other pizza because it 's usually cooked quickly in a gas oven. Some people love it. It 's definitely not my style. But if it is your preferred style, I would definitely come here because there aren 't a lot of places that serve a real bar pie. The place is pretty nice and the people are great. The pepperoni and olives I would give a 5.0. The meat lovers was significantly better, I think because the bacon flavored the weird sauce a bit. That one was about a 6.5. I really liked the meatballs on the meat lovers pizza. I would come back to have a meatball sandwich. I would come back to have a number of the sandwiches or other food because I really like the place. If you want to try somewhere different, with a comfortable, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I would recommend giving it a shot... Especially if you 're looking for a different style of pie or you already know that you love bar style. Check it out.

I've been looking forward to visiting this place for quite some time, and participating in the Rifoodfights Pizza Showdown made it even more appealing. It's a shame that Rhode Island doesn't have a distinct bar-style pizza; I believe it would be well-received here. Grainsley really excelled with their pizzas, and I'm so glad I made the trip to try them out!

The brunch pizza was exceptional! The chipotle aioli and pico de gallo added wonderful flavors. They had a great assortment of brunch options, including a burger (as seen in the photo), a burrito, and a sandwich, as well as beverages like Bloody Marys and mimosas. We will definitely be back!
