Description

Tucked inside a Sunoco convenience near the airport car rental, this Dunkin' offers early hours, spacious clean seating and a grab-and-go menu of coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Staff are generally welcoming, making it a handy stop for travelers and commuters, though experiences vary: some praise quick service and reasonable prices, while others report weak coffee, shrinking donut sizes, occasional burnt items, missing order components and understaffing. Good for a fast airport pick-up, but expect inconsistent quality.

The restaurant was fine but the driver spilled the coffee in bag ruining the entire meal and beverage.

Very friendly service. However Dunkin’ is not what it use to be years ago. Coffee and food sucks. Water down coffee , very weak. Food is not good quality. Obviously that went very cheaply for food and coffee products. I don’t recommend Dunkin at all.

Typical dunkin. Some of the staff are extremely rude while others are very nice and polite!

The reason she refused to serve me was that I asked if she would be opening soon, which she deemed rude. As a result, I boarded my flight without coffee or breakfast—thanks to her claiming some sort of power over my experience. But guess what, Nakya? You didn’t ruin my day. In fact, your ignorance only highlighted your lack of professionalism. Now I'm on the plane feeling nauseous because I take medication that requires food. Who does Nakya think she is? This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The situation took another turn when my flight got delayed and we had to disembark. I returned to the Dunkin' and politely asked Nakya if she was in a better mood. To my surprise, she said she was. I pointed out that I never said anything to her that warranted her refusal of service earlier. When I asked for her store number, she responded defensively, suggesting that I should call her manager. Instead, I opted to report the incident through corporate. As I walked away, she cursed at me and told me to "shut my mouth." It's clear that Nakya is not only a detriment to this location but is also making a negative impact on customers' experiences at Dunkin'.
