I ordered through Grubhub, but Bertucci's forgot to include the pizza that I had paid for. When I contacted the manager, they told me I would have to come pick it up myself if I wanted it.
The service was excellent; my waiter was attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was great, with an open kitchen that gives it a classic dining vibe. The food was around a 2+, but since that's not an option, I rated it a 3.
