Myself and my partner stopped by for a coffee and some quick breakfast yesterday morning and i can say with confidence we will never go back. A member of staff (a male with glasses) was beyond rude and dismissive and acted like it was a huge chore to do his job! the whole time we were met with tuts, sighs and eye rolls- from a grown adult! We felt like we were a bother, giving them business! Never ever again!

Awful awful service. So slow. Leaving review as probably the 4th or 5th time it’s happened. When staff were asked why it was such poor, slow service one woman practically took my head off saying she’d not had a break all day and actually asked me to leave a review as it may result in Costa hiring more staff. Felt for the woman to be honest.

We often use Costa when traveling between our home in Manchester and our family in Leamington Spa, but we have never experienced such terrible service and attitude from staff at any other Costa location or any other hospitality service for that matter. During our visit, the staff were acting like children, shouting across the shop. One staff member, who appeared to be working at the drive-thru, was extremely rude to customers and to a new staff member. This behavior was unacceptable for a workplace and for customers to witness. The group next to us complained about waiting 10 minutes for a piece of toast and butter, along with the poor service they received. We ordered toasties and wraps, which took a long time to be heated because the staff were not taking their jobs seriously. My toastie was overcooked and cold. This branch urgently needs improvement as the service we received was shocking. We have never encountered such rude and immature staff as we did today. It is surprising that the area manager has not addressed the previous complaints about this branch. Save yourself the time and money - do not visit this Costa location.

Poor service inside as the staff concentrate on drive through customers. Most looked miserable and avoided eye contact but we did experience one good member of the team who was very apologetic about the service.
