Just started going to a few neros and I must say they are very good the barista serving us was really dedicated and served us great coffee had to go upstairs as it was busy but the view is lovely. View all feedback.

Called by, 'desperate for a quick something. The graphics outside look like Cafe Thai! Confused from the start. A very limited menu. After a half hour wait we received a container of inedible chicken wings which went into the bin. Even the rice was inedible, how do you ruin rice? Strange place all round. Desperate times I guess. The coffee is good, but the service is terrible. There was a girl with a blonde ponytail who was particularly rude to everyone. It was clear that she despised her job. This restaurant should be more careful in choosing their staff.
The customer service at this restaurant was subpar at best and borderline theft at worst. I made the error of briefly leaving my belongings, including half a cup of tea, unattended on the table while I went to the bathroom. Upon my return, my belongings were missing. After questioning a staff member, he returned my items which he had stashed behind the counter, claiming he was just clearing the table. I plan to contact Cafe Nero directly to address this issue and hope they will address the situation appropriately.
The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I indulged in a delicious coffee and slice of cake. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with staff sanitizing the tables after each customer.
The service was friendly, fast and efficient. We really enjoyed the cortado coffees and bake well tarts. Nice, clean and warm seating area.
Being a regular there for my expresso con pana..,lways enjoyed going there to grab a quick expresso. You are never disappointed with the quallity ! Very good customer service ! Staff always smiling ! Cafe lovers just go go go !
