Wander Inn - WARTOOK
Wander Inn
Description
Located in a scenic area near Grampians National Park, this restaurant offers a mix of experiences according to customer reviews. While some patrons praised the fresh and well-presented food, others were disappointed by slow service and bland offerings. The pricing was considered high by some for the basic options available. Despite some mixed opinions, visitors appreciated the rustic interior and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it seems like this spot could be hit or miss, but worth a visit for those exploring the quieter side of the Grampians.

Very unassuming restaurant from the outside. But lovely welcome on entering. Lovely ambience. I sat outside and was served by a happy, friendly and efficient staff member. Food was wonderful, coffee okay. Gift shop full of beautiful quality home made items.
Stopped in on my way through the mountains to Halls Gap. An inviting outdoor area, comfortable and warm inside. Friendly service. Glad I stopped for an enjoyable break.
Great cabins and location. Quiet and idyllic, wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Plenty of roos to see...! Great facilities, tennis courts in adult and kids sizes, pool, bbq etc.
Both my wife and I love this place, great ambience, very good food and pretty good service. A bit pricey but so is everywhere else these days. Hard to get a smile out of the young waitress is about the only negative I can think off.
This was the worse scones and cream ever!! Understand that businesses have just opened up due to covid however serving pale plastic looking scones and spray cream is just unacceptable!! This restaurant is in the middle of nowhere and a long winding drive to get...here from Halls Gap they need to make more effort!! Spray cream which melts into liquid milk is disgusting. Please just give the customer decent food!!!
