We had reserved a table for dinner at the Montgolfiade. After 45 minutes, and after repeated requests, the drinks arrived. We would have had to wait another hour and a half for dinner, so we decided not to. Finally, we even paid for drinks we didn't even have. The staff was very helpful but hopelessly overwhelmed, as they were completely understaffed. This was very poor preparation, as the rush of visitors certainly wasn't surprising.

We ate there with a group of seven during the Montgolfiade. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We waited 1.5 hours for the food, although it tasted good, but the price/performance ratio was completely out of line. The staff were completely overworked, and the manager was unsympathetic or unaccommodating when it came to our complaints. It's a good thing I'm not from Warstein and don't have to go there again. Sorry, but there's still a lot to learn about large events.
Well, it was a Montgolfiade, the service staff were top-notch, hopefully their work is rewarded accordingly, it was really great. The food tasted great, and the wait time was appropriate for a Montgolfiade and couldn't be changed. But the value for money was absolutely terrible. The loaded fries came with exactly 3!! pieces of currywurst for 10 euros. The waitress went to the kitchen to ask before ordering, and it was supposed to include 3/4 of a sausage. My son had fried potatoes with his schnitzel for 5.90 euros, which was half a small coffee cup full. Pathetic. The important thing is that the boss stands firm and doesn't want to put up with the complaints from the next table. We'll see how long this lasts.
My mother-in-law wanted to invite us to dinner. The welcome was warm, but then... We waited forever to order and forever to pay for our meals. There was still time for a good chat. Generally speaking, this isn't a problem, but when almost every table is just annoyed because they seem to be waiting forever, then you should put the chatting on hold for a bit.

They were, active personnel, pyszne, hot, fast, and exhausted. If a cold flame is fire in the chamber, it can be seen daily by a horse. There is also a lot of fun. They are not boring. With the pure heart, the polecame this restoration. I don't know. The site has an unambiguous atmosphere. He spent the entire family or meeting in two.
Nice balloon
A dream!!! Very, very great ambience, very tasty, freshly prepared food in a top-price ratio and of course not to forget, very friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive! A great and highly recommended package!! !
Super Location
Super service! Very family-friendly. Food with a view of the riding hall or under shaded trees. Also very cozy. But we really liked the above-average nice and accommodating staff in the service area!!! Even with dog likes to see what you rarely have...

Very nice persona. Good food at a fair price. Tastes very well with a beautiful ambience, where you can sit outside especially well during sunset. Only recommended.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr nett und gutes Essen
I've been to this restaurant a few times when visiting friends in the Sauerland part of North Rhine Westphalia and I love coming back every time for tasty food, original Warsteiner lager beer and the ever so friendly and professional service. Attached to the restaurant...is a horse parkour and if you are lucky you can see horses being trained. In September the brewery organises a hot air ballon festival when people from all over the world come to Warstein to ride the balloons over the beautiful countryside, something you don't want to miss as it is spectacular when hundreds of hot air balloons lift gently up into the sky in the early morning hours. If you can't make up your mind when it comes to what to pick from the menus go for the typical German Schnitzel with mushroom sauce, chips and a salad, so yummy
