We had reserved a table for dinner at the Montgolfiade. After 45 minutes, and after repeated requests, the drinks arrived. We would have had to wait another hou... read more We had reserved a table for dinner at the Montgolfiade. After 45 minutes, and after repeated requests, the drinks arrived. We would have had to wait another hour and a half for dinner, so we decided not to. Finally, we even paid for drinks we didn't even have. The staff was very helpful but hopelessly overwhelmed, as they were completely understaffed. This was very poor preparation, as the rush of visitors certainly wasn't surprising.

The food was delicious, the service was very friendly, and it was a place where you just feel at home. We'd love to come back. Thank you so much
