A neighborhood sandwich spot serves friendly, sometimes efficient staff and decent subs when everything’s available, but reliability is the main issue. Inconsistent hours, frequent ingredient shortages, staffing problems and slow or incorrect orders undermine the experience; there are even reported hygiene lapses. New menu items feel uninspired and pricey. Good for quick takeout when you call ahead, but temper expectations around availability and service.

This restaurant does not deserve a one-star rating. It is clear that they are desperate for workers, as the two employees working were extremely clueless. I could go on and on about how terrible my experience was, but I'll leave it at that and just say that I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I visited the restaurant on a day when they were out of bread. Additionally, half of the ingredients were also unavailable, so the experience could have been improved.
Great service and food. Lots of coupons on this trip made for a very economical meal!

Every time I have ordered from this restaurant, there has been a missing or misplaced item, not to mention the multiple times I have witnessed an employee licking their fingers while handling fresh meat. It's disgusting. Get your act together, for goodness sake.
