Two employees were making sandwiches behind the counter, and I stood there for five minutes without anyone approaching me or asking if I needed assistance. Frustrated, I set the chips I was holding back on the counter and decided to leave. I can’t shake the feeling that the lack of service was due to my race.

I ordered a foot long with half Turkey and half buffalo chicken. My partner ordered a 6” and we got two cookies and two fountain drinks. Our total was over $30 because she charged me for two sandwiches since I got different meats and said it was double the meat. I tried explaining that made no sense and she still charged me. Our order should have been around $20.
