However I know a lot of people that work there or have worked there. They hire or promote incompetent managers, under appreciate, over work, and under pay the line employees resulting in a high turnover. I know 3 great employees they recently lost for that reason. Also, it's nearly impossible to get in touch with their corporate office.

When we asked about the sauces to make sure they were out in the bag the lady at the window in the black sweatshirt said they were in the bags. They were not. The lady in the pink Sons of Anarchy hoodie was also very unfriendly as well. When returned inside for sauces not in bag we were told by a guy, also not friendly, they were included. We asked would you expect your children to share one ranch for three chicken finger snacks? Will not return.

I love jacks and I order at least a few times a month. Typically the food is really good but they completely didn't give me corporate standard!! This guy tried his best to give me good customer service and tried to help me when another coworker messed up my order. However, I left with little to no food in the basket!!

I... read more Okay so we have been coming to this Jack's for years and have always had good experiences. Lately it's been chaos. Long lines backed up almost out to HWY 160. Incorrect orders (at least 6 times for us). The only consistency is a new girl they've hired. Every time I see her little blonde head at the window I know without a doubt my order will be wrong. Even the simple stuff like putting the correct top on a drink cup is wrong (soda cup with diet coke and coffee cup lid on one drink while the other sweet tea is normal). We will either go to Sonic or drive further to another Jack's because this is not okay.
