You certainly took my money. Your website states that you close at 8 PM, and I got caught in traffic, arriving a little after 4 PM. However, there was a sign on the door (not mentioned online) indicating that you actually close at 4 PM. I arrived to pick up my daughter's birthday order, but no one was there, and the money had already been deducted from my account. I understand it's a holiday, but since my number was on the order, YOU COULD HAVE CALLED! Service: Takeout.

I am so sorry for the people who want anything other than chocolate or glazed as “they can’t handle it.” Most likely a franchise operation as corporate Dunkin has rules preventing these issues so if you do go it is a roll of the dice. Oh and expect drive-thru as they close the lobby forwho knows, seemingly whenever they please and often. Service: Take out
