I was extremely impressed with the level of attention and service provided, especially by Liz and Charlie. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the hotel and the area, and they made me feel well taken care of.

This restaurant is the perfect place for a quick coffee and a delicious treat. I like to stop by for a coffee catch up with my friend. Charlie and the team are always friendly and welcoming. I want to give a special shoutout to Lizzy, who always greets you with a smile and gives great recommendations on what to try, even though I usually stick with a traditional cup of coffee. Keep up the great work! It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind on a busy day.

Sue is a valuable member of your team. I must say, she is an exceptional asset. The customer service she provided was amazing. She assisted me in selecting my first ever Starbucks drink, as I was unsure of what to order. She explained everything to me and was very friendly and talkative. She is truly an amazing lady, and I will definitely be returning, even if it's just to have her serve me again. She is a true star and a credit to your team.

I’ve visited twice a week since last Sept at lunchtime as I work locally Charlie is my regular server remembers my name and my order and has some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time We watched him today and he has fabulous reactions with all customers he’s a credit to the Starbucks name
