It lacks w... read more I absolutely adore the coffee at this restaurant. It consistently tastes delicious and high-quality. The only drawback is the atmosphere and seating. It lacks warmth and coziness, feeling too open and cold. Despite this, I have returned multiple times because of the great coffee. However, I believe the overall environment of the coffee shop could use some improvement.

I wouldn’t go back, to be honest. I think I just expected such a small place to have a warm, welcoming feel; it didn’t.

However, there is a female member of staff (possibly the owner/manager... read more This coffee shop is my favorite! The coffee is amazing and the staff are always friendly. However, there is a female member of staff (possibly the owner/manager) who has made me feel uncomfortable on two separate occasions. This is why I am writing this review. Yesterday, I asked if the door could be left open while I enjoyed my coffee, as it had been done many times before. The lady refused and suggested I sit outside instead. As someone with severe asthma and concerns about Covid, ventilation is important to me. The previous encounter with this lady was a few months ago when I asked for a little more hot milk in my Cortado. She was abrupt and insisted that I didn't need any extra milk because that's how a Cortado should be. I usually don't leave reviews and I don't consider myself picky or fussy. I truly love this coffee shop and the staff are wonderful, so I will continue to visit. I am also willing to provide feedback in person. Thank you.
