Customers were even leaving their packaging on top of the bins or on the tables. The bathrooms were just as bad. When we complained, we were met with a nonchalant response.

When... read more Furthermore, when waiting for a second order for my family, the food and drinks were left on the counter next to me without anyone calling out the numbers. When I asked whose food it was, the girl serving me rudely replied that she did not know as she did not put it there. When I mentioned her attitude, another staff member got involved and the situation escalated with three staff members arguing with me. I requested to speak with a manager. Once the manager arrived, I explained what had happened, but my large order was not properly replaced, only the small order. The food was unappetizing and cold, and the staff displayed serious attitude problems. I will be escalating this matter to head office as this location seriously needs to be improved or closed down.

Two out of the six pieces of bone-in chicken included in the meal were mostly bone and coating, with little to no actual chicken. Additionally, the popcorn chicken that was supposed to be included was missing, and the fries were soggy and partly raw. This will definitely be the last time I order from this KFC. It's disappointing how they could get it so wrong.

Half the food was missing from the order , what w... read more What an absolute disgrace, spent nearly £50 on takeaway for my 14 year old and a few friends for his birthday. Half the food was missing from the order , what we did get was inedible, cold and squashed , I was embarrassed to serve it up . Ended up spending an addit ional £40 on pizza. I suspect the tall slim dark haired young lady that put my order together knew there were items missing as I heard snippets of her discussing my order number 8052 with a colleague but I only put 2 and 2 together when I got home. Still waiting on a response from a complaint I put in online, wonder if they can be bothered getting back to me ?? Advice to you all , give it a miss go to any of the other fast food places around the area because they can't be any worse than kfc junction 9 retail park Warrington.i only gave them 1 mark because I couldn't submit a review with zero
