Ordered a bacon balm and sausage balm and the bread was mouldy absolutely disgusted not to mention the service was awful
The food at this restaurant is excellent with traditional British dishes. I had a fantastic breakfast with what might be the best sausages I've ever eaten! The staff is also very friendly.
The customer service at this restaurant was awful. They couldn't understand basic English and repeatedly got my order wrong. I went back and asked them to fix it, but they still couldn't get it right after two more attempts. In the end, I gave up and requested a refund. For example, I asked for two poached eggs on a bagel, but they gave me just egg yolks on their own. I was shocked by how incompetent they were.
