I found this restaurant to be quite disappointing. There were over eight staff members on duty this morning, yet the service was painfully slow. It seemed like most of them were unsure of what they were doing. The cashiers, who were all young teenage girls, struggled to take orders accurately. The sandwich I ordered, which cost over six dollars, looked unappetizing and was soggy and unappealing. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here.

The restaurant seems to employ a lot of inexperienced high school students who lack proper training. I placed an order this morning and went to pick it up, only to find that one of the staff members was frustrated because no one was preparing drinks for the pickup orders. The cashier seemed indifferent to the situation as well. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and whoever is responsible for making the bagels is really in need of retraining—there was an excessive amount of cream cheese. I usually enjoy extra cream cheese, but this was just over the top. It’s disappointing, as I used to visit this place regularly, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

If you’re picking up bagels, here’s a tip: if you buy half a dozen, you’ll get one extra for free, and for a dozen, you’ll receive two extra. For those looking to try something different, don’t miss the Dutch apple crunch or French toast bagel—both are unique and perfect if you’re in the mood for something sweet. Great bagels. I had the everything bagel with Lox spread and it was delicious. This was my first time here as I was passing by this bagel place in Warrington on my way home from visiting a cient.

Ordered a breakfast buffet for a team meeting. Everyone raved about the bagels and baked goods. Ordering was easy via email. My order was ready for pickup and I was on my way. Great food and outstanding service.
