It was perfect for us to have a date night before attending... read more Phenomenal dinner experience! Maize is a must eat if you enjoy lots of attention given to your food. It was perfect for us to have a date night before attending a wedding the next day. Slow down and enjoy the hospitality- this is not a quick service typeplace y’all. We spent about two hours here and enjoyed not feeling rushed to turn over the table. Chef wait staff went aboveand beyond accommodating for my allergies. Most restaurants would just leave out the allergen, but in place of oak smoked baconbits, mine was applewood. There was at least one alteration made to every dish, just for me, and I had zero symptoms orreactions afterwards. I added allergen comments in my OpenTable reservation to give them advance notice. Thank you so much forgoing the extra mile to keep me safe and deliver a similarly delicious dinner!!!
