Fantastic food. The burgers and fries are excellent; thick patties cooked nicely with crispy fries. The stand out is the Indian food. The Samosa chat and Kati rolls are fantastic, and surprising that they are at a burger place. Definitely check this place out!

The food has good flavor which was why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. I ordered right when they opened. I decided on the Cowboy Burger (adding mushrooms and jalapeños for a dollar each) and a Caesar side salad. Got back to the lunch room at my work and discovered the salad was bone dry with no dressing(thankfully my boss had a bottle of thousand island in the fridge). I moved on to the burger and the patty was very crumbly falling apart with every bite I took and I noticed that the jalapeños which I paid extra for, were no where to be found. I understand that orders can get messed up from time to time especially when restaurants get really busy but it looked like I was the first customer of the day with no one else there and no other pickup orders behind the bar. The employee was just sitting there when arrived. At least make sure that the only order of the day up to that point was correct.

I popped in for a quick meal last night and I really love this place! The burgers were amazing, and the fries and onion rings were wonderfully light and crispy. We will definitely be returning!

The meal shown in the picture costs $18, and it feels overpriced. You get a sandwich, a drink, fries, and a cold cup of cheese dip, but the quality doesn't justify the price. I would rate it 2 stars because the fountain drink machine was out of 75% of the options, and the food is quite pricey for what you receive. However, the customer service was friendly, and the sandwich and fries were decent, so I settled on 3 stars.

I visited their website to place an order and called in to confirm my order. However, the price quoted to me over the phone was higher than what was listed online. I pointed this out, but she refused to honor the website price. This kind of practice is unacceptable; you can't promote one price and then charge a different amount. It's poor business. Additionally, I was shocked to find out that they wanted to charge me 99 cents for ketchup. This is a burger restaurant! Why should I have to pay extra for ketchup on my burger? I've had better quality and lower prices at 5 Guys. I cannot support this establishment. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for misleading pricing. It's reasonable to raise prices, but it's not acceptable if you haven't updated your website in three years, which is the implication here.
