My wife I love our Potbelly on Diehl road. Her Italian skinny oven grinder was delicious her mac cheese was creamy good. I had the Mediterranean oven grinder with square chunks of chicken, artichoke hearts, chopped roasted red peppers cucumber, mild but spicy hummus small chunks of feta cheese. Horrible Customer Service. They do Not Greet anyone who walks in, they do not ask if they can help you or need anything, they just ignore you unless you walk up in their face to ask for an order or say something to them. Needs New Management 100% to teach them how to greet customers and not ignore them. View all feedback.
