The food was delicious and we were seated promptly. The only downside was that there was only one server who appeared to be stretched thin, so it took 15 minutes for us to be attended to after being seated. View all feedback.
Table was dirty. the service was slow. beer on hahn were warm. the women's bath smells like a canal. the manager stared at us and never said thank you or anything. I could go on and on, but eating was the only good part and is why I gave 3 stars.
They screwed up 50% of our order, made us wait 45 mins longer then we were told, and then only offered us a voucher for a 6 piece wing to say sorry. As someone who works in customer service myself, this would never be acceptable.
Carry Out: Boneless wings missing from more then one meal, occurring across multiple visits (my last 3), coupled with SKY HIGH prices will keep me away moving forward. What made this a 2 star rating instead of 1 are the few (2 out of 5) boneless wings that actually contained chicken.
The music and or tv’s are way too loud but the atmosphere is great!
I stopped by the Warrenville location with my significant other to dine-in. We waited at the entrance for 5 minutes. No one greeted us or acknowledged us. The restaurant was not busy. Pretty empty, lots of parking. Place was fully staffed so shortage of staff was not an excuse to not be helped or informed that it was open seating I had to ask how long the wait was to be seated and that's when they chuckled and said, you can sit wherever you want We sat down. No one came. Never coming back and I'm never recommending this location.
