Wild Hare - Warrenton
Wild Hare
Description
Nestled in a renovated historic grain mill in Warrenton, Wild Hare serves complex, mostly dry small‑batch ciders on tap—offering flights and rotating selections—paired with simple but tasty fare like pretzels, tacos and occasional food vendors. Patrons praise the friendly staff, cozy garden, live music some nights and ample parking, while critics note limited and inconsistent food, spotty staffing, limited/awkward seating and accessibility concerns. There are also reports of alleged staff misconduct that visitors should be aware of. A rewarding stop for cider aficionados, with caveats on variety, accessibility and safety.

Came here last Sunday while passing through Warrenton what a gem! Cozy atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, and delicious cider. Make sure to grab a pretzel, too!
Adorable little gem in Warrenton! We didn't try the food, but the service was outstanding! They offered a variety of cider flavors, and we opted for a delightful flight each.
I had a wonderfully cozy experience at this place. The ambiance was fantastic, and the cider was excellent. The fall-spiced variety was among the most delicious I’ve ever had.
A good selection of tasty ciders. The staff was very knowledgeable about the brand and what they offer. They have a rotation of seasonal and regular offerings. It is located in a unique building with a bar on the main floor and a nice garden with outsideseating. There is upstairs seating with a TV.
