The rooms were dirty, and overall, it wasn't a great experience. Service was poor, and the location left much to be desired. However, it is kid-friendly. Rating: Rooms: 1, Service: 1, Location: 2.
The restaurant was understaffed, and the lifeguards seemed to be inattentive. The rooms weren’t very clean, and we often ran out of hot water. The waterslides were average, and the water park felt quite dark, which was unusual. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 1, the service a 1, and the location a 2. However, the hotel is kid-friendly.
The resort rooms were decent; however, in the first room we stayed in, the air conditioning was broken and it was 80 degrees one night. The second room was fine, though. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent when it came to switching our rooms. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was below average. The service did not meet expectations either. I was charged extra for cheese curds on a cheese curd burger, and the waitress was unaware of the wine options available. To top it off, the table next to us discovered a long hair in their food.
Great water park for kids. The water park was both water and air during a 1 degree day. With a 42 inch height requirement the kids were able to ride all the slides. As has been mentioned other reviews tubes are a hot commodity and even rarer are the double tubes. Prices at the pool area food counter are insane with lots we are out. $24 pizza, $6 domestic beers. Out of nacho chips, hot dogs and a few other items. If you have kids, especially between 6 and 10 they will love it. We stayed in a villa which is where the rating tanked. It has two doors and with the gaps, we might as well have left the doors wide open in the negative temps. The upstairs becomes a sauna which the lower level is just trying to get warm. They had two ceiling fans but they were sized Small for rooms up to 250 square feet. Couldn 't tell the difference with them on or off. The floors were poorly installed vinyl plank. Huge gaps all over the floor with lots of water damage. Beds were average. While the villa served it 's purpose a place to stay out of the direct elements it certainly is not the reason to return. If you are looking at coming to three bears you are likely looking for a water park. Three bears offers a great option at half the cost of the dells. Service: 2
NO TOILET PAPER!! Arcade barely functional. No towels for water park. Busted up hot tubs. No paper towels and broken hand dryers (and NO toilet paper at one point) in the women’s locker room.makes you feel like you are swimming in a giant Petri dish. Food court was out of half the offerings. Check-in is advertised as 4pm, but we had to wait well past 5 before our room was ready. At least we had a clean room, but had to obtain our own toilet paper as the entire resort was out. Huh? Our room was fairly nice and clean (only gave us a quarter roll of toilet paper), cute theme and water park was small but adequate. Whatever sludge manages this place should be ashamed! We had better experiences here in the pastthis is definitely our last visit!!
