What User doesn't like about The Pantry:
Most of their food is pretty good. Everyone seems to rave about the fried chicken and mac cheese. I found the fried chicken to be soft (not crunchy), bland, and the breading was greasy and over all it was completely unseasoned. It really kind of ruined my apatite. The BEST Po ' Boy Sandwich!!! When I tell you that I had THE BEST first time experience at The Pantry, it is no exaggeration! The staff was warm and attentive and the food was AMAZING! When deciding between the Fish Cake or the Po ' Boy special, all three staff members nudged me to go for the larger portioned special and I 'm SOOO glad I did! I really enjoyed the tenderloin. The breading is tasty and meat was juicy. This was a nice find at city market.
