This was my first visit and it was TOTALLY STELLAR from Mr Bacon greeting us at the door, to the concierge that seated us making sure we were aware of the gratuity to our waitress Koi being very professional and informative about the menu, pricing and packaging.Koi done a great job not letting a lot of time elapse between checking in with our party. I've eaten at ALL these on each side of town and THIS ONE BY FAR IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ONE !!??️ FOOD ?????? WAS NOT HOT THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE ?️? AND TOP IT OFF IT WAS ON A WEEKDAY!!??? WASNT EVN BUSY ???? I WOULD HATE TO COME ON WEEKEND!! IF I DIDNT HAVE A GIFT CARD( because service sucked last time) I WOULD Have LEFT ASAP!!! ??? The food at Juicys is always good, but this Juicys at Pendleton Pike is so ghetto. The entire place reeks of weed, both times I’ve dined here.
Terrible service, terrible experience. Went here for my daughter's birthday on saturday thats all she talked about all week. The hostess had an attitude because apparently i didnt hear her. We waited 15 just for a waiter to come say hi , waited 10 mins for water and lemonade, waited 20 mins for my drink , spent another 15 mins on our fried clams that we wanted to taste. I still cant tell you what it taste like all i tasted was breading , the seafood was tasteless small amount of food for extra the price , waiter didnt offer sauce for tenders we ordered. We set trash at the end of the table to make room the waiter never picked it up had to ask for more drinks because by the time food came out drinks were gone. By that time no waiter could be found . I spent $200 for my baby to have a nice time here and we were treated like we didnt matter. I still left a $10 tip even when she didnt even deserve that it was terrible a waste of money. Not to mention they make it clear no refunds but give people trash service. I used to always order out from here never dined in and this how we were treated NEVER AGAIN throw the whole store away

The 25 mile drive was WELL WORTH IT!I wish I could give them an extra .
Really disappointed. My husband and I went to order food to go. The website says 20 minutes. So my husband got there around 25ish minutes after ordering at 7:04 pm. By 7:50 it still wasn’t ready. The gentleman checked on my husband twice and it still wasn’t ready. The girls up front said “oh I know his order is back there.” “He’s not even bagging anything, he’s back there doing nothing.” Then finally he brings the order out after almost a full hour of my husband waiting on this food. He then tells him that he wants a refund since we don’t know how long this food was sitting out. We didn’t have a large order. The guy tells my husband they don’t start cooking the food till it’s ordered. My husband said ok… I ordered it at 7:04 and your website says 20 minutes. That makes no sense. We understand it isn’t 20 minutes on the dot but shouldn’t be an extra 30 minutes. This is unacceptable and I can’t believe you allow your employees to act this way AND treat customers like this.
