I think it's strange that they behave almost like a higher end restaurant with table service. The service was great though, the employee was very nice but do you tip or not? I don't know what to do if I dine in. And the portions can be a little small. But it's ok. View all feedback.
What Ebonie MacLeod doesn't like about Fazoli's:
$40 of inedible food even after they replaced the order the next day it was the same quality. Pizzas were hard burnt and cold, pasta was hard chicken was chewy as if it was reheated in a microwave. Breadsticks were hard like they’ve been sitting out all day. First time going to Fazolis in awhile and it will definitely be my last.
A bit dated, price was a bit much, generous portion.
I just wanted to share my experience at this Fazolis. Three weeks ago in my way home from work I stopped there for dinner to take home. I ordered the chicken carbonara. When I got it home the noodles were well overcooked. Gummy in taste. I notified the store manager Mauvereen. She apologized and said that I could come back in and they would remake it for me. Last week when I went back I had the honor and privilege of dealing with Missy the manager at that time and the cashier named Kayla. They were both professional and very polite. I was grateful for how they took care of me and my dinner was a lot better this time. Kid-friendliness: The kids that were there loved eating and talking about the breadsticks and enjoyed sitting at the restaurant.
The staff were GREAT. The facility was clean. The music was great. The food was plentiful, hot (not spicy hot) delicious.
