wait people need to wait until all people are finished with each course. they also should not bring the next course to people that finish first as it puts them in an uneasy position. people eat at different rates, some eat fast and some eat slow. some people have a medical condition where they eat slow. dessert was a little dry because someone forgot to pour honey over the crust about an hour before serving. i hope t... I highly recommend supporting the Ivy Tech culinary program by dining at Courses. The menu offerings are outstanding and the value is exceptional. You will also meet the wonderful youth involved in the program who are learning and practicing real time. The views from the penthouse dining room are spectacular! Perhaps I will see you there soon. I plan to take advantage of each opportunity to dine at Courses!
Great service, if slightly inexperienced, but it is a student-run establishment. They are very excited and a little nervous, but they do really well! Food was phenomenal—would easily pay 3x for what you get anywhere else, drinks are super cheap with good options, and they accommodate well for gluten sensitivities and special occasions. My wife and I will be making this a regular date! Historical location as well. Super cool!
Relaxing flavor savory from Europe, Africa, Argentina. Tho I like my empanada stuffed, not topped, it was fun to try. Byron and crew were friendly student servers eager to please.
