What Sheila Barenco doesn't like about Arby's:
There was 1 other car in the drive thru with us during dinner time. The food was warm at best. They weren't able to serve an Arby's Super and stated they don't serve that any longer. It's a roast beef with lettuce, tomato, and red sauce. So I'm guessing they didn't know what it was and told me a line. We asked for light ice, and we had at least ⅔ of our beverage ice. Decided to close at 11:21pm (they don't close until 12) turned the lights off while I was in the drive thru. Management is clearly poor but the food is always good (even though I got turned away 40 minutes before close).
We ordered fries, mozzarella sticks and roast beef sandwiches and everything was very good.
It's a no for me. The lemonade is hot and flavorless, not refreshing. The cashier is unfriendly and a bit dry seeming to not want to be there. The roast beef slider was microwaved, and loaded fries room temperature. It's safe to say that I will not return.
Did not realize how expensive Arby's has become compared to other fast food joints. Floor at this restaurant was so slippery I almost whipped out a few times.
100% I hate this store. I've ordered door dash from here that never showed up because the arbys didn't answer the driver. I've gotten so many messed up orders but tonight I pull up at 11pm, they close at midnight, no one in line and they wouldn't answer the monitor, when I drove past there employees still inside. Note, this type of complaint is in the reviews quite a bit. I would definitely go to a different location or be a patron anywhere else.
