The staff was more focused on their phones than on serving customers, completely ignoring requests for extra straws or sauce. To make matters worse, the food was not only poorly cooked but also seemed stale. Our drinks were the worst part; the cherry limeades were extremely sour and not made correctly, and my dad and I have been regular customers for seven years. It's disappointing to see such a decline in quality.

I love Sonic and spend a lot of money there with my whole family, but the hassle is becoming more trouble than it's worth. Unfortunately, I can’t continue doing business with Sonic in Warren, Arkansas, because of these persistent errors.
