At 4 a.m., there was only one employee working while about seven cars were in the drive-thru, and she was clearly struggling. I told her she was doing a great job, even though a few mistakes were made. She was incredibly sweet and deserves recognition for giving her best effort. Additionally, the restaurant should definitely ensure that more than one person is on shift at a time. Thank you.
I visited the Dunkin' location because I was concerned about vehicle height restrictions. I was served by a new employee who was flawless in every way. It became clear she was new when I overheard her asking a colleague how to make a drink. It's better to ask than to make a mistake for the customer, and the final result perfectly met Dunkin's high standards.
I have to say, this is by far the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to. Even though I live close to three other locations, I always make the extra effort to visit this one. While the wait can sometimes be lengthy, it’s absolutely worth it. The staff here are fantastic—friendly, humorous, and exceptionally kind. I can say this from experience since I visit nearly every day, around 9 out of 10 days in a row.
This restaurant does not serve decaf coffee and cannot prepare hot lattes in the evening because they are frequently cleaning their machines.
