Today was my first time eating at a Chipotle restaurant, and I got three tacos, and they were very delicious, but a little bit too hot, but still delicious nonetheless. When I came in, there was a line, but it was a short one, and the staff were really nice and friendly, and I really loved how they had white and brown rices as options for vegetarians and vegan such as myself. I placed a pickup order and included a drink. However, the cup I needed to fill my drink wasn’t in the bag. A friend picked up the order for me and didn’t notice that something was missing. I've been trying to get a refund through the website and over the phone, but both automated systems just loop endlessly, and I can't reach anyone at the store. It looks like I'll need to go in person to get this resolved. View all feedback.
Sofritas are a great option for herbal diets. The bowl was good. No five-star rating because the chips are often stale. Must change these bags more often.
Chipotle of Niles Ohio, gave me this carryout Burrito bowl with double meet. There was nothing in it. Got home and saw the picture below. Tried calling them. All 3 times it rang until they disconnected me. Never again folks. This place rips you off and doesn't care!
Then today the person waiting for us rushed, threw the rice in the bowl and then threw the steak in and it wasn't even a whole spoon full of wow!
