When I came in, there was a line, but it was a short one, and the staff were really nice and friendly, and I really loved how they had white and brown rices as options for vegetarians and vegan such as myself.

I placed a pickup order and included a drink. However, the cup I needed to fill my drink wasn’t in the bag. A friend picked up the order for me and didn’t notic... read more I placed a pickup order and included a drink. However, the cup I needed to fill my drink wasn’t in the bag. A friend picked up the order for me and didn’t notice that something was missing. I've been trying to get a refund through the website and over the phone, but both automated systems just loop endlessly, and I can't reach anyone at the store. It looks like I'll need to go in person to get this resolved.

I'll be cautious in m... read more We visited for lunch on May 29th and I want to commend the staff member who handled two customers that seemed inexperienced in dining out. I'll be cautious in my comments about them, but the person preparing the burritos definitely deserved a longer break after dealing with their questions and requests. Now, onto the food. As always, Chipotle delivers superb quality and freshness in their ingredients. I opted for the Carne Asada bowl loaded with everything, while my wife chose her usual grilled chicken. It was an excellent lunch at a reasonable price.

I had a catering order today. Supposed to be ready for pick up at 11am. Didn’t have the food ready until 11:40. When I arrived at my catering event, they left out almost 1/2 the order. Do not use this Chipotle for your catering events unless you want problems.

My chips yesterday were incredibly stale, the meat was mostly fat, and the beans were, as always, not drained properly. I've decided to give up on this location.
