Contribute FeedbackThe staff was friendly and accommodating, despite being short-handed. They worked hard to ensure that the food was served promptly and cooked perfectly.
I visited the restaurant on a Friday at 11:00 for the Drive-thru. The car in front of me placed a $40 order, which caused a delay in getting my order. Even though there was only one car ahead of me, it took about 20 minutes to receive my food. However, once I reached the window, I was greeted with a sincere apology for the delay. The young lady working behind the counter was very professional and apologetic. Despite my frustration, she took responsibility for the delay, which I greatly appreciated. The food I received was fresh and hot. Despite the less than ideal situation, the team members' accountability and professionalism matched that of Chick-fil-A, which is something I have not experienced at any other fast food chain. Kudos to this restaurant.
The staff was friendly, although they were understaffed. They tried their best and the food was served hot, with all dishes prepared correctly.
