We were hoping to enjoy a glass of wine or beer with our meal, but were surprised to find out that the establishment did not allow BYO alcohol. Despite this, we were able to order beer and wine from the cabinet or fridge starting at midday. When we arrived for our midday booking, we were initially seated on uncomfortable bench seating, but were able to request a table with chairs. One member of our group was disappointed to find limited drink options, as they had run out of wine the day before. The staff were friendly but seemed to lack clear communication about available drink options. The food was plentiful but not gourmet, although I plan to return with my grandchildren to enjoy some delicious milkshakes and desserts. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but could have been improved with better communication and service.

I have made an online booking if you specify in which areas available tables are available and they book the opposite where you want to sit. I booked a table in the garden. my daughter cheats. I'll take her friend for crazy shakes. we turned around and there's a girl on the door that people sit. I'll tell her what I made the booking for. she's telling you to move. So I asked why the booking system they choose one opposite where they sit. She then says rudely her mission where we do not have the availability where they demand. I say it wasn't a question. with their booking system, they choose an area in which they sit. she rolls her eyes on me, sleeps 3 menus in my hand and tells me that they are on table 6 from the back. I have no idea where our table is, not saying if somone takes our order if I have to order it myself. so rude and confusing. the tables are painted, so u must run around on empty tables. our food was not the best. I ordered two children nuggets and chips and they brought cheap dinosaur frozen nuggets. cheap processed food. I got a fork, knife and serviette for two girls I could eat with. I also noticed when reading these reviews another lady had the same problem with the booking system and tables. so instead of the employee roll eyes and be rude, can look into them and repair! with rude service and cheap nasty we do not eat back
