The division of the restaurant is good so that a transfer from the hotel guests to the à la carte part of the restaurant is created. The very nice gentleman who looked after us knew exactly what we got and then said every walk for me. 1. Gang= Smoker tofu with sugarshaw, shallots and dried paprika, the tofu was of very good quality, with intense smoke aroma, the combination with the vegetables has rounded this beautifully soft, but I would have wished a sweet accent 2. Gang= clear tomato soup, very exciting pleasure experience, unfortunately something too salty 3. Gang= Pastinakenmus with herbs, I love pastinakenmus! and the combination was also very harmonious 4. Gang= fried vegetables on sweet potatoes, very tasty, perfectly prepared and balanced in taste 5. Gang= Marzipanpraline with strawberry soyjo scurry and passion fruit ice cream, my dessert was just better than the normal menu, so my partner became very jealous. The menu was therefore very harmonious, balanced and summery. The wine map is extensive, the view enormous and the service to the point. My expectations were extremely exaggerated because I would not have expected a handmade creative, tastefully so harmonious and loving vegan menu in a fish restaurant. Nevertheless, I want the flowers on the plates to taste more intensively and that there is a sock strip to the smoker tofu. Thanks to the kitchen and I hope you had all the fun!
