At this Dunkin' Donuts location, cleanliness is a priority, with staff often seen performing deep cleaning. While the food and coffee are satisfactory for a chain fast-food experience, the service leaves much to be desired. Patrons frequently report long wait times and difficulties with the touch-screen ordering system, leading to numerous mistakes. I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes for a coffee and eventually decided to leave. When I called a few minutes later, they mentioned they were busy with other tasks, even though I was the only customer at that time.
I seldom leave negative reviews, but I have to say, this place is consistently the slowest out of all the restaurants I have been to. Every time I visit, I end up waiting 10-15 minutes in their drive-thru, even when I have placed an online order in advance for pick-up. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what, but the wait times are just unacceptable. They really need to do something to improve their service, especially for their Drive-Thru.
The restaurant opens at 4:30, which is earlier than most and I love it. The service has always been excellent too.
