The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent and the drinks they serve are exceptional! I appreciate the fact that they are only 2 minutes away. When it comes to parking, there are plenty of spots available as long as the Duncan delivery truck is not occupying the lot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, located near the front door with ample space and no steps to navigate. View all feedback.

The restaurant is always kept clean, with workers frequently seen doing deep cleaning. The food is good, though nothing out of the ordinary for a Dunkin' establishment. The service may be a bit slower than other Dunkin' locations, especially considering there is no drive-thru. View all feedback.
I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes for a coffee and eventually decided to leave. When I called a few minutes later, they mentioned they were busy with other tasks, even though I was the only customer at that time.
I seldom leave negative reviews, but I have to say, this place is consistently the slowest out of all the restaurants I have been to. Every time I visit, I end up waiting 10-15 minutes in their drive-thru, even when I have placed an online order in advance for pick-up. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what, but the wait times are just unacceptable. They really need to do something to improve their service, especially for their Drive-Thru.
The restaurant opens at 4:30, which is earlier than most and I love it. The service has always been excellent too.
Trash, pass this location and go to any other
Love this crew. Hate the dunkin cups. Leak.
