I observed a busy scene at this restaurant with a young child with short curly hair. It appears that there may be some concern about child labor, but it seems that the child has hired his friends, who are very skilled workers for their age. This review specifically focuses on the children who work in the afternoons. The manager seems to keep a low profile. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes for a coffee and eventually decided to leave. When I called a few minutes later, they mentioned they were busy with other tasks, even though I was the only customer at that time. View all feedback.
Well, I can see a big hustle with this one short curly hair kid, its pretty obvious that modern day slavery is going on in there, but I can see the kid finally got his friends hired, but they are very talented workers(for the kids), this review is only for the kids that work afternoon. The manager is insolent.
Terrible location a bunch of high schoolers work here. No professionalism whatsoever ever. Please train your staff on how to give good customer service.
They never get mobile orders right. And you need tel them what u order or they cant figure it out
If I could, I would give this Dunkin' location zero stars. The staff was extremely rude, particularly the employee who took my order. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being a customer. The coffee was terrible, even though I always order the same drink. Not only did they forget to put oat milk in my latte and gave me regular milk instead, but they also charged me for a croissant stuffer that I didn't receive - only a donut. Additionally, my iced latte was barely filled more than 2/3 of the cup. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend going to this location.
The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent and the drinks they serve are exceptional! I appreciate the fact that they are only 2 minutes away. When it comes to parking, there are plenty of spots available as long as the Duncan delivery truck is not occupying the lot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, located near the front door with ample space and no steps to navigate.
