Second day in a row they messed up my order. They have little teenagers who don?t know how to do their jobs working. Do you see any bacon on that? No and it wasn?t on my other sandwich that I ordered.
Finally we found a Dunkin that didn't mess up our order. Thank you for your work guys!! :
I have been a regular customer here for 7 years. Service is always prompt and they really prioritize on good customer service. Products are always fresh and I can safely say this place has been consistent every single time I visit. There are a few Dunkin?Donuts in the area and this one is actually out of my way but I deliberately choose to make the trip to this one
This DD is pretty good, plus, the convenience of the touchscreens for ordering instead of a register is a plus. Its ok for cleanliness as the bathroom is kind of meh.
Unbelievably disorganized, horrible customer service and Straight up ignored me as I was in line as a customer then told me to order off a computer menu which didn?t have all the options and wasn?t able to be placed so then made me get back in line behindfive other people that were there after me. So for my experience I would not go to this dunk and I would use any other junk thatis located around this one. If they had a problem with customers coming into the building and they should?ve closed the buildingand kept a drive-through only again I do not understand how they are operating this Dunkin? Donuts. It was so bad I didn?t evenget any food or drinks.
