The service here is the slowest I have ever experienced, anywhere. I waited for over 15 minutes for a SEC wake up wrap. Really??? I love Duncan and will most certainly continue to. Just not this one. Update 9/18/22: ordered on line via the app about 10minutes before I arrived at the store. When I got there the order was not ready and I waited another 5 minutes in store. Thecoffee was ready but they said the sandwich would be another minute. When I got the sandwich, the egg, cheese and sausage werecold. This store is still the worst I've been to, bar none.
