A rather unfriendly staff member told me that I have to wait another 20 minutes before the food will be ready, offering no apology, just a snarky remark. Their service is so poor that I am avoiding buying from this store, and EVERY time I do buy from them, I am even more frustrated by how bad their service is. In case their management are interested in improving the situation, this happened on Nov 13 at 8:15 pm

I share the sentiments of many other reviewers who feel that the staff lacks concern for both quality and customer service. It's truly disappointing that this is the only location available between Martensville, Warman, and Osler. I've attempted to order food here several times, and each experience has been frustrating: it either takes way too long (over 20 minutes), the food is hastily put together, or it isn't fresh. I ordered a 6-piece meal today and received 3 regular-sized pieces and 3 tiny ones. I will gladly make the trip to Saskatoon the next time I crave KFC.

First we waited just over 10 minutes to order. They clearly knew we were waiting. I ordered my son a 4 piece box and a 3 piece chicken tender for myself. He received 3 pieces which we discovered once we got home. I received a larger tender and twoteeny tiny ones. No sauce which I specifically asked for. While we were waiting for our order, we witnessed the cashier beingextremely abrupt, and rude to the customer. He was clearly confused by her question and she refused to elaborate on what she wasasking. She just kept saying yup, yup, yup when he was trying to understand what she was asking. in the end, we got old, greasychicken (missing a few pieces) and a taste of their horrible customer service. It?s sad because the city needs these businesses,but based on this experience I will gladly go to the Saskatoon locations to get our KFC fix.

After 40 minutes waiting out front, everyone in front of me and about 10 cars behind me getting their food I had to go in and ask when Iwould be getting mine. They had clearly forgotten my order completely. The kicker is after 40 minutes I finally got my meal andit was clear their oil hasn?t been changed in a very long time. It doesn?t seem like the owner has replied to any of thesereviews so they obviously don?t care about their quality or customer experience.
