I ordered two servings of cinnamon bites, which cost me $8.50, but when I sat down to eat them, they were hard and inedible. I took them back to the counter to request a refund, and the employee was quite rude. Initially, he offered me $5, but I explained that I had spent over $8. In the end, he gave me $7 but refused to provide the remaining change. I didn’t consume any of the cinnamon bites and returned the entire order to him. The bread was hard and not fresh, although the place itself was fairly clean. I would much prefer to eat at the Subway in front of Stop and Shop, where the staff is nicer and more straightforward. At this restaurant, the portions are very stingy; I often end up with a sub filled mainly with bread and lettuce, with hardly any meat or cheese. It’s perplexing that I can order the same sub at both locations and find that this one offers significantly less. The attitudes of the staff here were off-putting; it seemed like all they cared about was money despite the low quality of the food. I suspect that many of the positive reviews are fake, as the negative ones reflect my experience accurately. After living in Wareham for four years, I find this Subway to be more convenient, yet I prefer to travel extra miles to the one by Stop and Shop for a better experience.

Staff is nice but very greedy with ingredients. I don’t eat meat so I like I good bit of veggies- especially since I’m paying $10 for a sub. I ordered ahead and while my order was ready when I got there my sub was BARE. Will go elsewhere next time
