The team are all working together and its a wonderful place to also work if interested. We are hiring so apply online its that simple. The food i personally give it 5 stars. The people who make them handles with care not just rushing. Come check us out. you will not regret it.

I waited over two hours for my food, only for DoorDash to cancel my order and charge me without delivering anything. I had to drive there to sort out the issue. I won’t be coming back.

Unfortunately, Doo... read more I've always loved Papa Gino's, but lately, my experience has taken a turn for the worse since they switched to using DoorDash for deliveries. Unfortunately, DoorDash is often late, brings the wrong items, and then expects a tip despite the errors. For example, today the delivery driver arrived with five pizzas, even though I only ordered two pizzas, one order of breadsticks, and a Super Steak sub. When I placed the order, it was supposed to arrive at 5 PM. Instead, I got a call around 5:40 from DoorDash, but they were at the wrong address across town. They delivered half my order at 6 PM, and then another driver showed up 30 minutes later with the rest of it, lingering awkwardly and expecting a tip. I had already tipped when I placed the order and felt like I should have canceled it. I understand it's challenging to find reliable workers, but I really hope Papa Gino's considers going back to their own delivery drivers.
