The service is incredibly fast, and they almost always get the order right and remember the sauce, which I truly appreciate. My son would be so upset if he didn’t get his sauce! He has voiced his frustration about getting the same toy repeatedly, but I think that’s just a sign he’s a little spoiled. View all feedback.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The prices are incredibly low, which initially drew me in, but the quality of food was lacking. I would rate it a 1 out of 5. The service was equally underwhelming, with staff that seemed disinterested and unhelpful, earning another 1 out of 5. Lastly, the atmosphere was not inviting at all, contributing to an overall experience that was subpar. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and well-presented. The fries are typically fresh, which is great!

I have visited every Dunkin' Donuts in Springfield, and this one is definitely the worst. It's clear that the staff doesn't care about their jobs or want to be there. Every time I get coffee from this location, it ends up being a different color, even though I order the exact same thing each time. The food is consistently cold, and the croissants are always hard.
