I have this drink every day and know that the regular refresher costs $3.30, while adding lemonade brings it to $3.84. I was charged for the lemonade, but when I received my drink, it looked much pinker than usual. I asked the staff if lemonade was included, and she confirmed it before returning my card. However, after taking a sip while driving away, I realized there was no lemonade in it at all. I prefer not to leave negative reviews, especially since I work nearby and would like to visit more often, but this experience makes that difficult. It would be great if Dunkin' could ensure their menu items are prepared correctly.

It's clear that the staff doesn't care about their jobs or want to be there. Every time I get coffee from this location, it ends up being a different color, even though I order the exact same thing each time. The food is consistently cold, and the croissants are always hard.
