When I brought this up with the manager, he was disrespectful and dismissive. It’s unacceptable for a manager or assistant manager to argue with a customer, but that’s what happened. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Service: Dine-in.

I have this drink every day and know that the regular refresher costs $3.30, while adding lemonade brings it to $3.84. I was charged for the lemonade, but when I received my drink, it looked much pinker than usual. I asked the staff if lemonade was included, and she confirmed it before returning my card. However, after taking a sip while driving away, I realized there was no lemonade in it at all. I prefer not to leave negative reviews, especially since I work nearby and would like to visit more often, but this experience makes that difficult. It would be great if Dunkin' could ensure their menu items are prepared correctly.
