It's unexpected to come across a vegan and vegetarian food truck outside of a garden center, but it doesn't matter because the food was amazing. There were a wide variety of choices to pick from, making it difficult to decide. We ended up trying the falafel flatbread, the peaceful Buddha shot (made with tofu and wide bon), and two smoothies.
