After another 2.25 hours, there was still no food. So maybe you should have practiced before the opening and cared for staff. 1 waiter can't make it even though it wasn't full. PS I don't know what various guests are looking for in the kitchen. Hygiene equals zero. Too bad. More hoped. Furthermore, one would have expected that was also completely renovated. It was closed long enough. Unfortunately nothing was done and the walls are very dirty. Like I said. Too bad.
