Tavolo Kitchen Pizza - Wantagh

I had another incredible meal at Tavolo! The Thai calamari was out of this world, and the lobster ravioli was simply delicious. The calf soup was also fantastic. Everything was spot on, delivering yet another wonderful culinary experience. Thank you!

What can I say but five stars! This new Italian restaurant and pizzeria in Wantagh is fantastic. We visited with six adults and eleven children, and everyone had a great time. The garlic knots were authentic, made with real garlic instead of powder. The mozzarella sticks were perfectly light, and the calamari was wonderfully crispy. The eggplant rollatini was loaded with about four inches of cheese. Many of us ordered shells, and the portion sizes were generous. My kids had the pizza, and it was surprisingly light with a crispy crust. I definitely plan to return!

Delicious! This restaurant has the best food around! Everything we've tried is absolutely tasty, and we find ourselves eating here all the time. Even my kids, who are quite picky, love the meals. The food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly friendly, which is always a huge plus. The owner is so generous and a genuinely nice person. We've even ordered catering from here for two of our home parties, and the value was fantastic. We receive so many compliments from our guests about the food, and it's not uncommon for them to come back for seconds or even thirds! This place has definitely become our go-to spot. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but our experience was so wonderful that I just had to share. This place is truly perfect!

Very busy on Saturday night, so we decided to eat in the bar instead of going elsewhere. The service was friendly, dining room comfortable, and the food fresh and tasty. So many decisions! The short ribs with mushroom Risotto was plentiful and savory. The meal of my date was also hearty and fresh. I also had meals to take home and they're just as good. Can't wait to return and try other menu items.

..wonderful experience serving delish food...good selection of appetizers and entrees...very attentive wait staff as well..overall way above average restaurant...dining room not overcrowded with tables...don't let the location fool you (small strip mall)..i highly recommend Tavolo Kitchen. 5 stars
