I absolutely love this place! Every time I've visited in the past, I've had a great experience. It's always nice to see how pleasant the staff is to customers who order in advance through the app; they can count on their orders being ready upon arrival. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I came through the drive-through about two weeks ago after having a very emotional situation with my son who has autism. It was one of those times where the crying just couldn’t stop no matter how much I tried to hold the tears back. Person working the window was warm and inviting and friendly.
I came through the drive-through about two weeks ago after having a very emotional situation with my son who has autism. It was one of those times where the crying just couldn’t stop no matter how much I tried to hold the tears back. The woman at the drive-through window bought me my items and both she and another staff member took time out to tell me that it was going to be OK. I’m actually getting a little emotional writing this. I just wanted them to know how much I appreciated what they did And how much gratitude I have for people who take a moment out of their day to try and help a stranger.
My main issue with this place, though, is that it’s challenging to sit down and have a conversation or get work done. It's often too cold inside, and the music is excessively loud, with booming bass that detracts from the cozy coffeehouse atmosphere that I typically enjoy.
I regret not getting her name, but the woman at the register this morning was very kind, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about her customers.
