I... read more We had my daughters birthday here today. Grace and Paige we both amazing! They were attentive, charismatic, knowledgeable and really added to the whole party! I have been to places in the past for Birthday parties where the staf could care less about anything, but not Laser One and especially not Grace and Paige. They always had a smile on their faces and happy to help. 10 stars and we would definitely recommend and go here again!

The staff was so kind, generous, and very accommodating. I had a birthday planned for my son that didn't go as planned. I was in a serious panick because I found out two hours before his party. The other place I had planned failed.mr terribly. I called Laser one and they were so helpful and helped me so much. We headed over with the 14 kids I had planning to come to his party. They were able to get them in for laser tag and bowling. They even set up a table so we could at least sing happy birthday with cupcakes. What an amazing place especially because of the staff. Also very reasonably priced! Will visit here again. This birthday party ended up SOOOO much better than we had planned . Can't thank Laser One enough for this!

Two hours to ourselves included... read more Rented the entire facility for my Christmas gift for the family to be in one place at the same time (very difficult these days). Two hours to ourselves included laser tag and the entire arcade. All had a blast- the staff was excellent. Eight adults and seven kids ages 5-13.... they're still raving about it. While there, my grandson's 7th birthday was booked for March....need I say more?
